  My family and I love the doctors and Ruth here, there is just one person who I cringe if we have to deal with. I don't know what his name is, but he is older, bald, and wears glasses. He is most often rude and dismissive. I have had to ask when we go in for our receipts to be sent to our insurance company so our flexible spending account doesn't get canceled, unfortunately I dont have a fax machine. Whenever I've had to ask him he's always so rude about, especially if I ask over the phone. I'm really sorry that this is such an I convenience for you, but oh well....get over it. THANK YOU RUTH for being so understanding and extremely accommodating; you and the Drs are why we'll be back.
