  I wouldn't return to H&R Block again. this year we got screwed big time. I usually go to western lights location they are better, but since the form 1095 came late this year by the time i got it and call them for appointment they were full.so i had to go with location B. Our records was already in system so there was not much to be done and the person who did our tax charged us fees that showed up after we signed everything.
  he offered us $30 insurance for tax return and $50 identity theft protection.
  he said its 30 and 50 each for intire application. but we could get it for $55 both.so we said sure and said there is a card that your tax return could go into no fee. i asked any activation fee? he said NO its given as a complimentary since this year the tax credits has been released late so the bank card will give you a portion of your return now and you will get the rest latter so we said ok after everything went through he showed us the charges, guess what there was 34 bank charge and 50 for identity protection 30 for insurance. I told him you said no fee for the card he said oh they charge everyone that fee. I was like i asked you...then my husband was like everything is signed there is notting we can do let it go. So i come home i noticed the $50 and $30 that was offered to us for $55 total so i called back he said its because i charged 15 for your child who is 2 yeard old and 15 for your husband......im so disappointed i will not recommend them at all. if you want to get your tax done and get true and straight answer then do not go here. Im done with H&R blocks.
