  Last month I shopped at H&M and their was a sales associate who is so slow and rude. I even helped her take the hangers off the clothes and she still was slow, I know that I'm not the only person who feels this way. I think her name was Jasmine (it started with a J).African American weighs about 270 pounds. I want to give H&M some advice. You don't need people who act like they don't wan to work or be at work, especially ringing out people. You will lose customers if you keep employing sales associates like her. I wish I would have wrote this earlier but been really busy so I don't have the actual date sorry,
