  I called the shop directly after searching for local flower shops on google. I spoke to Wendy and she was very helpful and was able to get my order arranged quickly.
  
  Edit: the flowers were not delivered. I have placed a couple calls to this shop and they have gone straight to voicemail. I have reduced my star rating to 3 stars and will make another update once I get a resolution on this.
  
  Edit #2: I finally got someone to answer the phone at about 11am. The women I spoke to seemed genuinely apologetic and said they had some issues with the delivery driver the day prior. She offered to make the bouquet a little bigger and send an apology card along with my custom card I requested. She said she would track the process and give me a call back. By 4pm I had not received a call so I called the shop again as they close at 5pm. I talked to the same women and she said my order was out for delivery and she would call me when she got in contact with the delivery driver. By 4:50 pm I had still not heard anything and I called back, I was given the same answer. It is now 5:49 pm the day after my order was supposed to be delivered and my girlfriend has still not received her flowers. I have no choice but to downgrade my initial star review to one star. I don’t know what is going on with this business but they are not doing things the right way.
