  I lived in an apartment rented through Brandon Jacobson at Horn Companies LLC from 2009 until 2010. I left the apartment in May of 2010 and I still as of today (September 17th, 2010) have not received my security deposit back. Every time I call Brandon Jacobson he ignores my calls. I have left countless messages and had no response. As a warning to all future renters, be very careful when renting from Brandon Jacobson, he has been consistently unprofessional in his handling of this situation.
