  Stunningly bad experience. Lorraine ran my fiances credit. Her score was adequate however the ever popular "mystery medical bill" popped up. He told her to go look in to it and call back. The bill had been paid two years ago and it was a simple clerical error. She cleared it up with the hospital and called Lorraine back a week later to proceed. He told her she would have to wait a year to re-apply with SEFCU due to the bill.
  
  Never heard of a lender doing some thing like that in my life. Her credit score has now dropped several points as a result of him running her credit. Fortunately, regardless of that, another lender approved her for a mortgage in two days.
  
  Beware before you let him run your credit!
